“Customer Experience” vital to Concept’s success at Small Fleet Leasing Awards

Concept Vehicle Leasing has a proven track record for success at various high profile business awards – most recently having been "Highly Commended in the London Business Awards 2014 in categories for Best Small Business and Best Business for Customer Service.

Looking back through the leasing and fleet management firms awards history, there has been one clear theme – and that's delivering a truly excellent Customer Experience – and now for the second time in as many years, Concept are up for the Best Business for Customer Excellence award in the 2014 Small Fleet Leasing awards run by BusinessCarManager.co.uk and Business Vans.

This year's Small Fleet Leasing Awards were tougher than ever, with 55 entries across seven categories, with a total of 13 businesses having entered the competitive category for Customer Service – and Concept are one of just 4 companies to have been shortlisted.

The Small Fleet Leasing Awards are judged by key industry figures, including representatives from LEX Autolease, Alphabet and Arval. The winners will be announced at an awards luncheon on 23rd October 2014. Wish us luck!
