It's easy for almost any business to say that it will provide its clients with great service and customer care.

However, there are two well-known phrases which spring to mind. "Talk is Cheap" and "Actions speak louder than words".

And it's consistent action which has resulted in Concept Vehicle Leasing scooping the top prize for Best Small Leasing Broker Customer Service in the 2018 Leasing Broker Federation Awards – for the second year running!

Ralph Morton, Editorial Director of the Leasing Broker Federation commented "Concept Vehicle Leasing remains the comfortable winner of the Best Small Leasing Broker Customer Service Award. Why? The company has simply outstanding levels of customer service. Period."

Concept were also recognised as "Highly Commended" in the category for Best Leasing Broker Marketing and Innovation Award – for "Concept Connect" – the exclusive member only programme for Concept clients and connections.

"It's a tremendous achievement for the Concept Team" comments Paul Bulloch, Managing Director at Concept Vehicle Leasing.

"And it's all part of our vision. We live and breathe customer experience in everything we do, and we're always looking for ways to enhance our offering and add value to our customer relationships".

Having accumulated a tally of no less than 8 awards and 5 commendations in the past 6 years, it's clear that the Surrey based leasing and fleet management practice what they preach.

"We've invested heavily in our IT during the past 12-months to ensure a slick process throughout the customer journey, along with enhanced feedback capture and training for our team – it's the key to our continued success" commented Paul.

"Of course, we couldn't achieve any of this without the loyalty and dedication from our customers, partners and team – so a heartfelt thanks to everyone involved!"

The awards were presented at a prestigious ceremony and dinner at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on October 02, 2018.
