Our Customer Service is Commended!

After making it through as a finalist in the category for Best Business for Customer Service in the 2011 South London Business Awards, we're really proud to confirm that we were Commended!

This is a great result for the whole team at Concept, not least of course, our Customer Services team who work really hrad and demonstrate great passion in delivering service excellence. Well done everyone and a big thank you, to all of our customers who have supported us over the past 10 years!

In addition, Concept Vehicle Leasing made it through as a finalist for South London's Favourite Business! We're really very pleased with these fantastic results. The Awards night itself has a blog post dedicated to it so why not have a read here.

South London Business Awards 2011

Concept Vehicle Leasing are delighted to confirm that we are now a finalist for the Best Business for CustomerService in the SouthLondon Business Awards 2011. We are now through to the next round whereby the category sponsor and judge, Gatwick Airport, will carry out a further assessment of the service we provide and the winner will then be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony, due to take place on June 23rd 2011, at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London. Watch this space!

In addition, Concept are delighted to have entered the category for South London's favourite Business. There are ten South London Businesses within this category, and the winning company will have recieved the most votes in a special text vote campaign. We asked our customers and business associates to text in to vote Concept Vehicle Leasing as South London's Favourite Business.

Kingston Business Awards 2010

Concept Vehicle Leasing were very proud to be a finalist in the Kingston Business Awards 2010, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey as Best Business for Customer Service. Whilst we were pipped to the winners spot by Pitman Training, Kingston, we're still very proud to have reached the finals and the Concept Team enjoyed a thoroughly good evening at the awards ceremony!
