how does it work?
The process for using Essential Accident Assist is simple. In the event of an accident which is not your fault, simply contact our Driver Helpline on 0800 043 2070.Our Dedicated Team will quickly establish the circumstances of the accident, and providing it wasn't your fault, will provide you with a like for like replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. We'll then deal directly with your insurance company and arrange for the neccessary repairs to your vehicle.
