Contract Expiry/Renewal
Concept Vehicle Leasing will normally contact you/your company at least 3 months prior to your contract end date to enquire about your intentions. Of course, you are more then welcome to contact our sales team to discuss your requirements at any time before your contract end date.
There is sometimes a possibility of extending your current agreement, or purchasing your current vehicle. To find out more, please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 043 2050.
Where we are supplying you with a replacement vehicle, we will normally arrange for delivery of your new vehicle to take place on the same day as collection of your current vehicle (although these will normally be carried out by two different agents). Your current vehicle will normally be subjected to an inspection, and we strongly recommend that you be in attendance when the driver inspects the return vehicle. This is to ensure that there is agreement over the car’s condition.
Advice on Vehicle Condition prior to return
Concept Vehicle Leasing tend to use lease providers whom are members of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association). The BVRLA publish a ‘fair wear & tear’ policy which is available from Concept Vehicle Leasing Customer Services.
Just as would be the case if you were to sell your own vehicle, if there is any damage which could adversely affect the vehicles resale value, there is a chance you could be re-charged. Therefore, its good practice to ensure any damage which does not constitute as ‘fair wear & tear is rectified prior to the vehicle going back.
