Accidents/Vehicle Damage
If you have opted for Concept Serviceplan Accident Management, then please call 0800 0432070 (24 hours) as soon as possible. Our Accident Management contracts include:-
- Recovery Service
- Call Handling and Administration
- Uninsured Loss Recovery
- Group A Courtesy vehicle for up to 28 days per incident
If you do not have Concept Serviceplan Accident Management, you will need to speak to your vehicle insurance provider. Concept Vehicle Leasing do not need to be informed unless your vehicle is subject to a full write off, in which case you should contact us immediately.
Please note that all vehicles supplied on a lease/finance agreement should be insured fully comprehensively. Your chosen insurance provider should allow for vehicles which are owned by a third party leasing company.

Vehicle Theft
In the unfortunate circumstance that your vehicle is stolen, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible on 0800 043 2050. We will need details of your insurance provider, including a claim reference number and will pass this information to our underwriting provider.
Your insurance provider will then normally deal directly with our underwriting provider in settling your lease agreement. You will need to continue paying your regular amount until such a time as the agreement has ended. You will be liable for any difference between your insurance company settlement and the amount due to settle your lease agreement.
Insurance protection known as ‘GAP’ insurance is available to cover this GAP from Concept Vehicle Leasing for up to 3 months after you take delivery of your vehicle. Please call us on 0800 043 2050 for further details.
