Keep the kids safe on Halloween

Here are just a couple of tips to keep the children safe on Halloween.

·       Crossing streets – Remind them, take them out with you and show them they should look both ways and only cross at pedestrian crossings.

·       Add some bright colours – Give the children flashlights, reflective tape in their costumes and glow sticks so it’s easier for drivers NOT to miss them.

·       A less conventional way, could be to replace a mask with make up so that they have a clearer view of what’s around them.
