Implementation of an Affinity Scheme

Arranging the implementation of an affinity scheme with Concept Vehicle Leasing is simple.

1)      We would conduct an initial survey with Employees to ascertain as to how many are likely to use the scheme, and which the most popular manufacturers would be.  Ideally, we would create a questionnaire which could be completed on-line, which would provide us with fast and accurate results.

2)      Based on the information provided during the survey and the expected volume, Concept Vehicle Leasing would speak with motor manufacturers with a view to negotiating special fleet support.  During this process, it may be necessary for representatives from the manufacturer to visit your premises to further discuss how these terms would operate

3)      Upon agreement of manufacturer terms, the scheme could be rolled out to all employees.  Agreed discounts which are over and above the standard terms enjoyed by Concept Vehicle Leasing would be loaded into quotes to discount PCH and PCP rates for your employees.

Operating an Affinity Scheme

We would like to ensure that all employees are aware of the process for placing their order.

1. For Personal Contract Hire and Concept Serviceplan quotations, employees will be able to produce an instant quotation on-line.  For Personal Contract Purchase/Cash Purchase, the employee would need to contact Concept Vehicle Leasing via phone or e-mail.

2. Once the employee is happy with their quote, Concept Vehicle Leasing will obtain underwriting acceptance.  Please note that all applications are subject to status.

3. Upon credit approval, or in the event of a cash purchase, Concept Vehicle Leasing will confirm an order with the employee.  We will then order the vehicle with the relevant manufacturer/dealership.

4. Concept Vehicle Leasing will ensure prompt turnaround of all documentation and ensure the employee received regular updates on their order up to the date of delivery.

5. Vehicle is delivered to home or work address.  Employee will receive a handbook for their respective contract and Concept Vehicle Leasing will be available throughout the duration of the contract to assist with any query the employee may have.
