Service Summary
A dedication to customer service and satisfaction is at the core of Concept Vehicle Leasing and is the driving force of our business. We want your experience to be as fluid and hassle free as possible and we want you to use us time and time again.
If you are new to Concept, you will be allocated your own dedicated Account Manager, who will aim to deliver any quotations and requests for further information to you within 24 hours of your request. If you decide to proceed with an order, you will be allocated a dedicated Customer Services Advisor who will be on hand throughout the delivery process to ensure you recieve the best possible service levels, and that your expectations are met at all times.
The sales and ordering process, however, are just a fraction of the duration of our working relationship with you. Our service extends right throughout the lifetime of your agreement and is provided to you Free of Charge. Your dedicated Account Manager, backed by our experienced Customer Services team will be on hand to assist with any query you may have, including facilitating contract amendments for example.
